1 Potato, medium

Olive Oil or Butter

4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (manual grating encouraged)

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder



Preheat oven to 450 Degrees

Wash potato

Slice Thinly using the RookieChef SlicerDicer – Remember you can adjust the thickness of the slice. Thinner slices will be crispier.

Grate Parmesan cheese using the RookieChef SlicerDicer

In small bowl, combine the cheese, salt and garlic.

Spray baking sheet with Non-Stick spray

Add potatoes to baking sheet and sprinkle dry cheese mixture over both sides of potatoes


Bake at 450 degrees for 10-13 minutes
