Ingredients

(4) 8″(inch) flour tortilla shells

1 cup pizza sause

3/4 cup mozzerella cheese

1/4 cup parmesan cheese (manual grating preferred using the RookieChef SlicerDicer)

36-48 mini peperonis

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spray non-stick spray on muffin tin

One at a time, lay a tortilla shell on your RookieChef Island Cart. Using an empty can, cut 3-4 circles. Press firmly and rock back and forth to cut through tortilla.

Fit the circle into each of 12 muffin tins

Add a spoonful of pizza sauce

Sprinkle with Cheeses

Top with 3 mini pepperonis each

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted

Serve Immediately
