Ingredients:

  • 1 box vanilla flavored instant pudding
  • 1-3/4 cups cold milk
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tub cool whip – thawed
  • 24 graham crackers
  • 1-1/2 (4oz each) bakers semi sweet chocolate broken into pieces
  • Hand Mixer – Recommended Rookie Chef Mixer Upper
  • 3tbsp butter
  • 13×9 baking dish
  • Microwave

Instructions:

  1. Mix pudding according to package instructions
  2. Add peanut butter, Mix well.
  3. Stir in cool whip.
  4. Layer 1/3 of graham crackers and half the pudding mixture in 13×9 dish. Breaking grahams as necessary to fit.
  5. Repeat layers, top with remaining grahams
  6. Microwave choc & butter in bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
  7. Stirring after 1 minute.
  8. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  9. Spread over graham crackers.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
