Rookie Brands, LLC Return Policy

All items can be returned for any reason, if product is unused and in original packaging, for full refund. Return shipping is paid by consumer. Used products will not be accepted for refund unless defective.

Defective – Flawed Product

Rookie Brands stands behind all its products to work/function as indicated on the website. If you’ve received a product that has a manufacturing flaw, please contact Rookie, we will issue an “RA” Return Authorization with prepaid shipping back to Rookie Brands. We will promptly send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, your choice.

Shipping damage

If your Rookie item arrives damaged in shipping, please contact Rookie upon receipt. We may need pictures of the damage when we file the claim but don’t worry, we will send your new item out immediately. We will make arrangements for pickup of the damaged item.
